Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de broyage par fluide cryogénique d'au moins une poudre comprenant les étapes suivantes : (a) introduction d'un fluide cryogénique dans un broyeur à attrition comprenant des moyens d'attrition, (b) introduction de la ou des poudres dans le broyeur à attrition, et (c) mise en mouvement rotationnel du broyeur à attrition, et dans lequel - le rapport VMA / (VMA + VFC) du volume des moyens d'attrition VMA sur la somme du volume des moyens d'attrition VMA et du volume du fluide cryogénique VFC est compris entre 0,2 et 0,8, et - la vitesse de rotation du broyeur à attrition, lors de l'étape (c), est comprise entre 100 tr/min et 20 000 tr/min. L'invention se rapporte également à des particules métalliques ou d'alliage métallique, à leur utilisation, à un procédé de revêtement les mettant en œuvre ainsi qu'à l'utilisation d'un tel matériau revêtu.
