Abstract

L’invention concerne un appareil (1) de préparation de boissons infusées comportant un corps (4) destiné à contenir de l’eau, un couvercle (5) muni d’une paroi verticale périphérique (44) et un piston (6) coulissant dans le corps. Le piston (6) comporte une paroi filtrante (18) et un organe racleur (74) et est mobile entre une position basse d’infusion dans laquelle la paroi filtrante (18) est immergée dans l’eau et l’organe racleur (74) coopère avec une face interne (70) du corps et une position haute d’égouttage d’une substance à infuser dans laquelle la paroi filtrante (18) est agencée au-dessus du niveau d’eau et retient la substance à infuser et l’organe racleur (74) coopère avec une face interne (71) de la paroi verticale périphérique (44). Lesdites faces internes (70, 71) présentent des diamètres égaux, afin d’assurer une continuité de la coopération de l’organe racleur (74) avec ces faces internes lors du déplacement de la position basse à la position haute et inversement.
