Abstract

Dispositif de pinceau doté d’un manche rigide recevant un réservoir, apte à distribuer des fluides à comportement non newtonien dit de « Bingham » selon un principe de régulation du débit en sortie de réservoir caractérisé par :- un manche rigide (a) doté : d’un réservoir (a’), d’une ouverture d’air (j) sur le réservoir (a’) en partie haute du manche dans le but d’équilibrer la pression dans le corps du réservoir, et d’une zone de malaxage (g) en partie basse pour liquéfier le fluide de « Bingham »,- d’un actionneur(i) manuel rotatif traversant le réservoir(a’) et solidarisé par un axe de transmission (e) à un racleur rotatif (f) agissant selon le principe de vis d’Archimède, le racleur étant doté de deux parties : une première partie (f’) placée dans le manche (a) et malaxant le fluide de « Bingham » pour le liquéfier, un seconde partie (f’’) de diamètre inférieur à la première partie du racleur(f’) et solidarisée à cette dernière, mais placée à l’extérieur du manche (a) et pénétrant la virole (b) de façon à guider le médium liquéfié de façon non aléatoire au plus vite et au plus près de l’applicateur(d),- une virole (b) recevant l’applicateur (d), virole évidée en son centre de façon cylindrique aux fins de recevoir en son sein la seconde partie du racleur (f’’).. Figure pour l’abrégé Fig. 1Brush device provided with a rigid handle receiving a reservoir, capable of distributing fluids with non-Newtonian behavior known as “Bingham” according to a principle of regulating the flow rate at the outlet of the reservoir characterized by: - a rigid handle (a) equipped with: a reservoir (a '), an air opening (j) on the reservoir (a') in the upper part of the handle in order to balance the pressure in the body of the reservoir, and a zone mixing (g) in the lower part to liquefy the "Bingham" fluid, - a rotary manual actuator (i) passing through the reservoir (a ') and secured by a transmission shaft (e) to a rotary scraper (f ) acting according to the Archimedean screw principle, the scraper having two parts: a first part (f ') placed in the handle (a) and kneading the “Bingham” fluid to liquefy it, a second part (f '') of diameter smaller than the first part of the scraper (f ') and secured to the latter, but placed outside the handle (a) and penetrating the ferrule (b) so as to guide the liquefied medium in a non-random manner as quickly as possible and as close as possible to the applicator (d), - a ferrule (b) receiving the applicator (d), hollow ferrule in its center cylindrically in order to receive within it the second part of the scraper (f '').
