Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a stackable pallet container. There are currently many types of stackable pallet containers for transporting and / or storing hazardous materials, chemical or food products or powdery solids. Examples can be found in FR2763044 or FR2728238. Typically, these pallet containers comprise an inner pocket provided with a tap and a filling opening closed by a cover, a peripheral protective cage encircling the inner pocket to reinforce the container, said protective cage taking the form of a wire mesh consisting of vertical and horizontal bars welded together at their respective crossing points, and a lower wooden pallet, plastic or metal on which the inner pocket rests. However, these solutions are not entirely satisfactory because the rigidity of the assembly is not optimized and it is difficult to stack such containers.

A solution to this problem has been proposed in particular in the patents FR2596360 and EP2623435 which describe containers similar to those described above but in which an upper reinforcement structure (stacking crossbeam) is present in particular for stacking containers.

Nevertheless, these reinforcing devices are unsatisfactory for a good distribution of the load in case of stacking. An object of the present invention is therefore to solve the problem mentioned above, using a simple solution to manufacture, inexpensive, easy to use and optimized in terms of efficiency. In the upper part of the container 1 is a reinforcing upper reinforcement 40 made of steel tubes connecting the walls 35 of the reinforcing peripheral cage 30 to stiffen the container.
