Abstract
Dispositif permettant de remplacer les anciens luminaires à tubes fluorescents par des dalles à DEL particulièrement fines, légères, économes en énergie et simples à fabriquer. Le dispositifest constitué d'une dalle (1) dans laquelle sont usinés des trous coniques (2) Des cartes électroniques câblées (3) comportant des « DEL » (4) et des réflecteurs (5) sont insérées dans les trous coniques (2). Description
La présente invention concerne un système d'éclairage à Diodes Electro Luminescentes (DEL) plus particulièrement destiné à être intégré dans des faux plafonds suspendus mais pouvant également être utilisé en applique. Les systèmes d'éclairage encastrables à « DEL » utilisent soit une technique d'éclairage tangentiel qui engendre des pertes importantes de luminosité par réflexion de la lumière soit un éclairage direct en positionnant les « DEL » au fond d'une boîte mais cette solution présente l'inconvénient d'accroître l'épaisseur du dispositif et soit de rendre visible la carte électronique, ce qui est fort peu esthétique, soit de produire des halos lumineux sur l'interface de dissipation de la lumière en cas de rajout de ce dernier. Par ailleurs aucun des systèmes existant ne permet de remplacer facilement des « DEL » en cas de défaillance de l'une d'entre elles. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique une dalle constituée d'une matière légère et rigide, d'épaisseur et de dimension adaptées, s'insérant parfaitement dans la structure métallique d'un faux-plafond suspendu, et dans laquelle sont percés des trous coniques. Des réflecteurs particuliers sont fixés autour des « DEL » afin d'en refléter la lumière périphérique et aussi pour des questions d'esthétique. Il présente à leur base une partie élargie (semelle) qui les empêche de passer à travers le trou conique (2) de la dalle (1) et qui favorise le refroidissement des cartes électroniques (3) en laissant un espace dans lequel l'air peut circuler entre cartes électroniques (3) et la dalle (1). Les « DEL » sont elles-même soudées sur des circuits imprimés de type SMI avec semelle en aluminium que nous appellerons cartes électroniques. Le système comporte plusieurs cartes électroniques connectées entre elles par des câbles électriques. Les « DEL » avec leurs réflecteurs sont placées dans les trous des dalles leur permettant ainsi d'éclairer directement une pièce. Selon ce mode de réalisation, si on utilise des « DEL » particulières avec un angle lumineux fermé de 80° ou 90°, il n'y a que très peu de pertes de luminosité, essentiellement à la base de la « DEL » et l'on obtient une puissance lumineuse réelle mesurée très proche de la puissance lumineuse théorique de la « DEL ».The present invention relates to a lighting system with Electro Luminescent Diodes (LED) more particularly intended to be integrated in suspended suspended ceilings but can also be used as a wall.
