Claims (12)
- REVENDICATIONS1.- Organe de liaison rotule (1), du type comportant : une bague intérieure (10), de forme générale de révolution autour d'un premier axe (X10), comprenant une surface externe de contact (14) présentant une forme sphérique tronquée, et une bague extérieure (12), de forme générale de révolution autour d'un second axe (X12), comprenant une surface interne de contact (16) complémentaire de ladite surface externe de contact (14), coopérant avec ladite surface externe de contact (14), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des bagues intérieure et extérieure (10, 12) comprend au moins un réservoir de lubrifiant (20, 21, 160; 22) ménagé sur l'une des surfaces externe et interne (14, 16) de contact.
- 2.- Organe de liaison selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins deux réservoirs de lubrifiant fluidiquement connectés ou non l'un à l'autre.
- 3.- Organe de liaison selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les réservoirs de lubrifiant comprennent des reliefs en creux (20, 21, 160; 22) ménagés sur une partie de la surface de contact (14, 16) de l'une des bagues (10, 12).
- 4.- Organe de liaison selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les réservoirs de lubrifiant comprennent au moins une rainure (20, 160) s'étendant sur une partie de la surface de contact (14, 16) de l'une des bagues (10, 12).
- 5.- Organe de liaison selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les réservoirs de lubrifiant comportent au moins une rainure circonférentielle (20), s'étendant circulairement autour de l'axe central (X10, X12) de l'une des bagues (10, 12).
- 6.- Organe de liaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les réservoirs de lubrifiant comportent au moins un trou (21) ménagé sur la surface de contact (14, 16) de l'une des bagues (10, 12).
- 7.- Organe de liaison selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface de contact (14, 16) de l'une des bagues (10, 12) est texturée de micro-cavités (18) formant des réservoirs de lubrifiant.
- 8.- Organe de liaison selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite surface texturée comporte au moins une rainure transversale (22) s'étendant entre des première et seconde extrémités décalées dans la direction de l'axe (X10, X12) de la bague (10, 12) correspondante.
- 9.- Organe de liaison selon la revendication 8, dans lequel chaque rainure transversale (22) présente une forme sinueuse, par exemple une forme de ligne brisée.
- 10.- Organe de liaison selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite surface texturée comporte une rainure circonférentielle centrale (20) s'étendant circulairement autour de l'axe de la bague correspondante, au moins l'une des rainures transversales (22) débouchant dans la rainure circonférentielle centrale (20).
- 11.- Organe de liaison selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, dans lequel le motif de micro-cavités (18) s'étend sur l'intégralité de la surface texturée.
- 12. Organe de liaison selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, dans lequel chaque micro-cavité (18) présente un diamètre compris entre 10 et 100 iim.
