Abstract

PORTE GOBELET APTE A RECEVOIR DIFFERENTS CONTENANTS POUR VEHICULE La présente invention concerne de manière générale un dispositif de porte gobelet monté sur un véhicule automobile, plus spécifiquement le porte gobelet peut accueillir des contenants de différentes sections. Il est connu dans l'art antérieur des dispositifs porte gobelet pour véhicule automobile, en particulier celui décrit dans le document US 2003/0098402 Al. En contrepartie, ce système présente notamment l'inconvénient de ne pas maintenir correctement le gobelet car ce dernier n'est maintenu que par deux points de contact, ce qui peut laisser possible un certain pivotement ou basculement du gobelet ou récipient. Le document DE 10 2009 033 878 Al divulgue 20 quant à lui un porte gobelet avec des touches de contact pivotantes et coulissantes, qui sont finalement complexes et sujettes à blocages, au vu des courtes surfaces de guidage imposées par l'encombrement réduit. Le porte gobelet du document US 2012 0091303 Al nécessite des touches de contact de faible 5 dimension, si bien que ces dernières sont complexes à fabriquer. Enfin, les touches du porte gobelet divulgué dans le document US 2006/0032856 Al sont articulées et de nombreux composants sont 10 nécessaires à leur mise en oeuvre, ce qui augmente le coût et la complexité. Un but de la présente invention est de répondre aux inconvénients des documents de l'art antérieur mentionnés ci-dessus et en particulier, 15 tout d'abord, de proposer un porte gobelet pour véhicule qui offre un bon maintien du gobelet, sans pour autant présenter de pièces complexes et permettant d'accueillir différents modèles de contenants. 20 L'invention a pour but de proposer un dispositif porte-gobelets pour véhicule, le dispositif comprenant : un support agencé pour recevoir un gobelet, deux ciseaux mobiles par rapport au support, 25 entre une position fermée lorsque le support ne reçoit pas de gobelet et au moins une position ouverte de serrage du gobelet reçu par le support, dans laquelle le gobelet reçu par le support est contacté par les ciseaux sur deux points de contact, - des moyens de rappel élastique des mâchoires dans la position fermée, et en ce que les lames des ciseaux enserrant le gobelet reçue par le support ont un profil convexe apte à diriger le contenant en appui sur la génératrice du support pour former un troisième point d'appui.
