Abstract

Dispositif de télétransmission des données de consommation de gaz thérapeutiques La présente invention consiste en un dispositif de télétransmission des données de suivi de consommation de gaz à usage thérapeutique (type oxygène) des patients souffrant de maladies chroniques et faisant l'objet de soins à domicile. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet la télétransmission à fréquence régulière de l'état de la réserve de la bouteille. L'exploitation de ces données dans une basede données centrale permet d'une part, un meilleur suivi de la consommation de gaz par patient et, d'autre part, d'optimiser les fréquences de remplissage de chaque bouteille. La réalisation de ce dispositif consiste en un boitier venant s'adapter sur la bouteille de réserve, comportant : - une interface permettant de collecter le niveau de réserve du liquide dans la bouteille, - un circuit électronique de transcodage, horodatage et cryptage des données, - un dispositif de télétransmission utilisant le réseau téléphonique mobile.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de télétransmission des données de suivi de consommation de gaz à usage thérapeutique (type oxygène) des patients souffrant de maladies chroniques et faisant l'objet de soins à domicile. A ce jour, les réservoirs de gaz à usage thérapeutique (d'oxygène liquide, par exemple) mis à disposition des patients à leur domicile sont réapprovisionnés de manière périodique à fréquence constante et sans tenir compte de la vraie consommation en gaz du patient. Il existe bien des dispositifs calculant et affichant l'état de la réserve (exprimé en heures restantes, par exemple) mais il n'existe aucun dispositif permettant de transmettre ces informations dans une base de donhées centrale afin de faire un suivi des consommations personnalisé. Ainsi, certaines bouteilles sont réapprovisionnées alors que leur réserve est importante et que le remplissage aurait pu attendre un délai supplémentaire. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. Il permet en effet la télétransmission à fréquence régulière de l'état de la réserve en liquide de la bouteille. L'exploitation de ces données dans une base de données centrale permet d'une part, un meilleur suivi de la consommation de gaz par patient et, d'autre part, d'optimiser les fréquences de remplissage de chaque bouteille. La réalisation de ce dispositif consiste en un boitier venant s'adapter sur la bouteille de réserve, comportant : - une interface permettant de collecter le niveau de réserve du liquide dans la bouteille, - un circuit électronique de transcodage, horodatage et cryptage des données, un dispositif de télétransmission utilisant le réseau téléphonique mobile.

REVENDICATIONS1) Le dispositif de télétransmission des données de consommation de gaz à usage thérapeutique pour les patients souffrant de maladies chroniques et bénéficiant de soins à domicile est caractérisé en ce que les données de consommation des patients sont télétransmises par réseau téléphonique mobile.
