Abstract

Dispositif d'habillage de lit à barreaux pour protéger l'enfant des chocs contre les barreaux du lit. L'invention concerne un tour de lit en tissu matelassé, permettant de protéger l'enfant des chocs contre les barreaux de son lit. Le dispositif est constitué par une housse dans laquelle le matelas du lit est introduit. Cette housse est caractérisée par la présence d'un tour de lit en tissu matelassé, intégré dans la couture de la surface supérieure de la housse. De ce fait aucun passage n'est possible entre le tour de lit et le matelas, tout coincement de la tête de l'enfant est rendu impossible. Du fait de la fixation du tour de lit aux barreaux à l'extérieur du lit, aucun lien ne se trouve à l'intérieur du lit et donc tout risque d'enchevêtrement ou de strangulation est écarté. La hauteur et l'épaisseur du tissu utilisé pour la confection du tour de lit sont strictement limitées, offrant ainsi des garanties de sécurité supplémentaires. Le dispositif selon l'invention est destiné à la protection de tout lit à barreaux, il peut être intéressant dans les crèches par exemple ou dans tout autre établissement utilisant des lits pour enfants.Device of covering of bed with bars to protect the child from shocks against the bars of the bed. La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'habillage de lit d'enfant destiné à le protéger des chocs contre la paroi du lit, en particulier lorsqu'il y a 5 des barreaux à la tête, au pied et sur les côtés du lit. Elle concerne plus particulièrement un tour de lit en tissu matelassé, intégré à une housse de matelas. Les tours de lit sont des pièces de tissu généralement matelassé qui évitent à l'enfant des chocs physiques contre les parois du lit. Ils sont le plus 10 souvent constitués de panneaux reliés entre eux par des liens, l'épaisseur et la hauteur de ces tours de lit sont très variables. La plupart des tours de lit commercialisés sont posés sur le matelas et sont attachés aux barreaux du lit avec des liens. 15 Certains tours de lit comportent une base, le tour de lit est alors monobloc en tissu ou en matière rembourrée, le fond recevant le matelas du lit, c'est le cas d'un tour de lit référencé 072589-001 dans la base INPI. D'autres correspondent à un véritable couffin dans lequel on place le matelas, des liens le maintenant aux barreaux du lit, c'est le cas du tour de lit référencé 901325- 20 001.D'autres tours de lit font appel à une recherche plus complexe, ainsi ce tour de lit ayant fait l'objet d'une demande de brevet W02010AU0003520100115 correspondant à un dispositif extensible grâce à des éléments élastiques permettant d'ajuster le tour de lit au lit lui-même. 25 Tous ces dispositifs existants comprennent des inconvénients qui sont tous des facteurs de risque pour l'enfant. Ces tours de lits présentent des ouvertures dans lesquelles l'enfant peut passer sa tête, la coinçant ainsi entre le tour de lit et le matelas. De plus ces tours de lit ne font en général pas le tour 30 complet du lit. L'épaisseur du tissu matelassé utilisé est très variable et peut présenter un danger pour la respiration de l'enfant si ce dernier « colle » son nez contre un tissu trop mou et trop épais. La hauteur de certains tours de lit peut, d'après certaines études, réduire le débit d'air riche en oxygène et être facteur de mort subite du nourrisson. Les liens permettant d'attacher les bordures entre elles , 35 puis d'attacher les bordures de protection au lit lui -même, représentent un risque élevé d'enchevêtrement et de strangulation, car ces rubans, cordons ou attaches souvent trop longs, se trouvent à l'intérieur du lit. La présente invention permet de résoudre tous les problèmes de sécurité posés par les tours de lit commercialisés à l'heure actuelle, elle comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique un tour de lit en tissu matelassé, intégré à une housse de matelas. Cette housse aux dimensions exactes du matelas comporte une extrémité tête, une extrémité pied, 2 côtés opposés, une surface inférieure, une surface supérieure et le tour de lit intégré à la housse lui-même composé par 4 pièces en tissu matelassé qui correspondent exactement en longueur aux pièces qui sont : l'extrémité tête, l'extrémité pied et les 2 côtés opposés. L'extrémité tête est cousue à un côté lui-même cousu à l'extrémité pied lui-même cousu à l'autre côté. Ces pièces cousues les unes aux autres permettent d'obtenir une bande donnant la hauteur de la housse. Cette bande a une base inférieure et une base supérieure. La pièce correspondant à la surface inférieure de la housse est cousue à la base inférieure de la bande en ménageant une entrée pour y glisser le matelas, et la surface supérieure de la housse est cousue à la base supérieure de la bande en intercalant dans la couture le tour de lit dont les 4 pièces ont été réunies par la couture des côtés. Selon d'autres caractéristiques : - Le tour de lit est réalisé dans un tissu matelassé dont l'épaisseur ne dépasse pas 1cm. Le tour de lit peut être réalisé dans tout autre tissu ne dépassant pas cette épaisseur. Le tour de lit ne comporte aucun lien à l'intérieur du lit. - Le tour de lit est fixé aux barreaux , à l'extérieur du lit, grâce à des attaches en « VELCRO ». 4 attaches sur les longueurs, 2 sur les largeurs . - La hauteur du tour de lit ne pourra pas dépasser 21 cm. - La housse est fermée sur la surface inférieure par une fermeture « ECLAIR ». Toutes les piqures d'assemblage du tour de lit proprement dit à la surface 30 supérieure de la housse de matelas sont doubles. On comprendra mieux l'invention en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels : - La figure 1 est une représentation de l'ensemble de la housse de matelas 35 avec les différentes pièces de tissu cousues entre elles. - L'extrémité tête numérotée 1 - Un premier côté numéroté 2 - L'extrémité pied numérotée 3 - Un deuxième côté numéroté 4 La surface supérieure numérotée 5 - La surface inférieure numérotée 6 - Le tour de lit numéroté 7 La figure 2 est une vue du dessus de la housse de matelas avec le tour de lit intégré et l'introduction dans cette housse du matelas du lit. En référence à la figure 1, le dispositif conforme à l'invention comprend une bande d'assemblage réalisée par la couture de la pièce 1 avec la pièce 2, puis de la pièce 15 2 avec la pièce 3 et enfin de la pièce 3 avec la pièce 4. Cette bande d'assemblage comporte une partie inférieure et une partie supérieure et elle donne la hauteur de la housse correspondant à l'épaisseur du matelas. A la partie inférieure de cette bande est cousue la pièce 6 qui constitue la base de la housse de matelas. Il est à noter que la pièce 6 est cousue plus précisément à 20 la pièce 1 et également sur la moitié des pièces 2 et 4. L'ouverture ainsi créée permet d'introduire facilement le matelas dans la housse. La fermeture de cette ouverture est assurée par la pose d'une fermeture « ECLAIR » cousue entre la pièce 3 et la moitié des pièces 2 et 4. Les pièces 7 correspondant au tour de lit proprement dit sont cousues entre elles 25 par leurs côtés, réalisant ainsi un tour de lit complet. Ce tour de lit est alors intercalé dans la couture de la pièce 5 avec la partie supérieure de la bande en ressortant sur l'endroit de l'ouvrage.
