Abstract
L’invention est relative à un procédé de fabrication additive d’au moins une pièce par dépôt de lit de poudre, le procédé étant mis en œuvre dans une machine de fabrication additive comprenant un plan de travail (18) et une chemise de fabrication définissant une surface de travail, la machine comprenant un plateau de fabrication (24) mobile en translation à l’intérieur de la chemise, cette machine comprenant un dispositif de dépôt de poudre et une source de consolidation sélective d’une couche de poudre, le procédé utilisant au moins un pochoir (50) prenant la forme d’une plaque permettant de recouvrir la surface de travail et comprenant au moins une ouverture (54) afin de réduire la surface de travail au cours d’un cycle de fabrication additive d’une pièce, et une paroi de rétention (60) des grains de poudre étant fabriquée de manière additive le long des bords de chaque ouverture d’un pochoir, cette paroi entourant une ou des pièces fabriquées et/ou une ou des parties d’une ou des pièces fabriquées.
