Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte notamment à un procédé de dépôt physique sous vide d’un revêtement (R) comportant au moins un matériau (M), sur au moins une partie d'une face frontale (10) d'un support (1), ledit au moins un matériau (M) provenant d'une source d'évaporation ou de pulvérisation (2), caractérisé par le fait que : - on fait usage d'un support (1) dont au moins une partie de ladite face frontale (10) est lisse, c'est-à-dire dépourvue d'aspérités et/ou de reliefs et/ou de creux ; - on procède audit dépôt sous vide en faisant varier la distribution d’épaisseur du matériau (M) sur ladite face frontale (10), à savoir en faisant varier progressivement l’épaisseur déposée, d'une région centrale (11) en direction d'au moins une région latérale contiguë (12) à ladite région centrale (11), sans modifier la position de la source d'évaporation ou de pulvérisation (2) des particules de matériau (M).
