Abstract

L'invention concerne un réseau de neurones (100) comportant : - des chaînes synaptiques, chaque chaîne synaptique comportant des synapses, chaque synapse étant un résonateur spintronique, les résonateurs spintroniques étant en série, chaque résonateur spintronique ayant une fréquence de résonance ajustable, - des couches de neurones (102) ordonnées, chaque neurone étant un oscillateur radiofréquence oscillant à une fréquence propre, une couche inférieure étant reliée à une couche supérieure par une interconnexion (104) comportant un ensemble de chaînes synaptiques reliées à des circuits de rectification, chaque fréquence de résonance de l'ensemble de chaînes synaptiques correspondant à une fréquence propre d'un oscillateur radiofréquence de la couche inférieure.
