La pièce de distribution (23) est solidaire de la paroi (22) déformable, la surface d'appui (25) étant agencée pour, sous l'exercice d'une pression, diminuer le volume intérieur de la poche en déformant la paroi (22) déformable tout en déplaçant le logement de distribution (8) et la valve de distribution (5).
