Abstract

Vanne papillon 1 régulant des fluides comportant un axe 16, un papillon 7 en rotation sur son axe 16, un carter 6 avec des lèvres 6A et 68 d'arrêt en rotation du papillon 7, ledit papillon 7 comportant des gorges 10 et 23 de passage de l'axe 16, des surfaces 7A et 78 du papillon 7, dont les dimensions sont départagées par les positions 5 de l'axe 16, un dispositif 20 de puissance et de commande par réseau wifi, déplaçant les positions 5 de l'axe 16 selon une trajectoire latérale variable, permettant de modifier au cours du temps les dimensions des surfaces 7A et 7B créant ainsi des couples de forces de rotation du papillon 7 contrôlable à tout moment et, réduisant ainsi la puissance requise pour la rotation du papillon 7, diminuant les temps d'ouverture ou de fermeture et améliorant l'étanchéité du papillon 7.
