Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce d'équipement de véhicule automobile, comprenant les étapes suivantes : - fourniture d'un moule (44) comprenant : des surfaces principales (48, 50), au moins une surface de raidissage (58), et des jonctions (60, 62) de forme allongée, entre la surface de raidissage et les surfaces principales ; puis - dépôt, sur chaque jonction, d'une bande (24) de fibres unidirectionnelles associées à une première matrice polymère (30), lesdites fibres étant disposées parallèlement auxdites jonctions ; - dépôt d'une nappe de base (38) comportant des fibres (40) de céramique associées à une deuxième matrice polymère (42) ; puis - thermoformage de la bande et de la nappe de base, entre le moule et un contre-moule (46), de sorte à solidariser la bande et la nappe.
