Lorsque ce bouton latéral est comprimé par l'utilisateur, cette compression est transmise par la membrane surmoulée jusqu'à un poussoir venant en contact avec la membrane surmoulée. Ainsi, le bouton latéral permet de commander via ce poussoir un interrupteur commandant, selon l'exemple précédent, l'accès à un 20 contenu multimédia. La présente invention résulte de la constatation qu'un tel bouton latéral de clef électronique présente une robustesse insuffisante pour le domaine automobile.
