Abstract

The device (MOB) has a memory (MMOB) for storing usage instruction of elements (EL) with an electronic or mechanical body of operating mode. A reader (MOBLID) obtains identifiers of the elements. A comparison unit compares the identifiers of the elements. A decision making unit takes decision according to the result of comparison between the identifiers. A validation unit validates usage of the one of the elements with the body. A changing unit changes the mode based on the validation result and a signaling unit (MOBVISU) signals the change of mode to the operator. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for managing usage of electronic or mechanical elements stored in a storage cabinet or used in an electronic or mechanical body of industrial installation, comprising a mobile apparatus (2) a method for managing usage of electronic or mechanical elements stored in a storage cabinet or used in an electronic or mechanical body of industrial installation.
