Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une barquette (10) formée d'un élément de fond bordé par une ceinture de parois latérales, constituée d'une enveloppe externe (5) réalisée en carton, doublée intérieurement d'un film plastique étanche (6), ledit film plastique (6) étant solidarisé avec ladite enveloppe externe (5) par une ou plusieurs zones encollées (2) pour constituer la ou les zones d'assemblage entre les deux matériaux (5, 6) constitutifs de ladite barquette (10). Conformément à l'invention ce procédé consiste : - à encoller l'une au moins des faces d'un flan de carton (1) destiné à constituer ladite enveloppe externe (5), certaines au moins desdites zones encollées (2) dudit flan de carton étant destinées à constituer ladite ou lesdites zones d'assemblage carton/plastique, - à mettre en volume ledit flan de carton encollé (1), pour obtenir ladite enveloppe externe (5), et - à mettre en place le film plastique étanche (6) contre la face encollée de ladite enveloppe externe (5), pour constituer ladite barquette (10).
