Abstract

The device has a structure made of a roof (1) with articulated arms (3), where the structure is adapted to an already existing deck chair type seat on a market with a standard fixation system i.e., articulation points (2), at ends of the seat. The roof is supported by the arms, which rest on a frame (4). A fabric (T), which covers the roof, is fixed to the frame along the length of the frame. The fabric is used as an advertising medium.

Description

The present invention consists in equipping a lounge chair such as

  deckchair, a roof resting on an articulated structure and attached to this chair. On this roof is installed a removable fabric. The roof is removable. The invention is designed to be laid simply on all floors, earth, pebbles, sand, meadow, beach, garden, terrace, boat ... The roof is adjustable and adjustable. This avoids the bulky parasol on the one hand and comes to overcome and erase all the problems related to the attachment of the feet of the parasols, and secondly no longer need against weight to fix the latter. According to a variant not illustrated, one could imagine only a structure consisting of a roof with 4 arms (3) hinged and which could adapt to any lounger already on the market, with a standard fastening system on ends. The frame or roof (1) is supported by the 4 articulated arms (3) which rest on the frame (4). The canvas (T) that covers the roof is fixed to the frame (1) on the lengths (scratch, string, zipper, etc ....). Thanks to these fixings, the canvas can be removed. The latter must cover the entire roof and may protrude on each side over the length if one wishes to obtain more shade. According to Figure (1) the deployment of the chair is done by exerting pressure on the arms 4 (3) outwardly through their central articulation, and pulling the roof (1) upwards.

  The closure of the transat is made by the same inverted process as shown in Figure (2). The deckchair roof can tilt forward or backward depending on the orientation of the sun to protect itself.

This device characterized by a structure articulated to the transat by points of articulation (2) attached to the latter allows not to use an umbrella.   2) Device according to claim 1 characterized by the four arms (3) which support the roof (1), with fasteners at the four ends of the lounger.   3) Device according to claim 2 characterized by joints (2) on the 4 arms (3) in their middle and their end.   4) Device according to claim 2 characterized in that the roof bends and settles on the deckchair through the joints of the arms.   5) Device according to claim 1 because the roof can be fixed, bend or remove through the attachment points on the deckchair.
