Des recettes existantes additionnent ces sauces à des saveurs épicées ou de légumes par exemple la vinaigrette à I' ESTRAGON, vinaigrette sauce à l' ECHALOTTE, etc ... Le mélange selon l'invention associe directement ces sauces au 15 concentré de jus ou aux pulpes de fruits. Ces sauces fruitées peuvent être ajoutées à toutes les préparations culinaires telles que des variétés de salades, cocktails mise en bouche, viandes grillées, poissons, etc ...
