Des recettes existantes additionnent ces sauces à des saveurs épicées ou de légumes par exemple la vinaigrette à I' ESTRAGON, vinaigrette sauce à l' ECHALOTTE, etc ... Le mélange selon l'invention associe directement ces sauces au 15 concentré de jus ou aux pulpes de fruits. Ces sauces fruitées peuvent être ajoutées à toutes les préparations culinaires telles que des variétés de salades, cocktails mise en bouche, viandes grillées, poissons, etc ... Les Etudes de RECHERCHES SCIENTIFIQUES prouvent que 20 la consommation journalière idéale de fruits et de légumes serait de ( 5 ) pour le bon fonctionnement et la défense de l'organisme contre le CANCER ; d'où l'avantage d'associer toutes sortes fruits porteurs de vitamines aux SAUCES MAYONNAISE et VINAIGRETTE (ex : la vinaigrette à la mangue ou au fruit de la 25 passion accompagnant une salade variée ).
