[01] La présente invention concerne le domaine technique des accessoires de mode tels que les chaussures ou les bijoux. Dans une application préférée mais non exclusive, l'invention se rapporte aux chaussures et, plus particulièrement, aux chaussures pour femmes telles que les ballerines. [02] Le corps d'une chaussure comprend généralement un semelage constituant le dessous de la chaussure et une tige formant le dessus de la chaussure. Dans le cas d'une ballerine la tige enveloppe le pied tout en offrant un décolleté léger laissant apparaître le coup de pied mais couvrant, au niveau de l'avant-pied, les doigts de pied. Afin de conférer un aspect raffiné à une chaussure de type ballerine, il est connu de disposer au niveau de l'avant-pied un élément décoratif tel que par exemple un noeud de tissus ou un ruban. [03] Dans certaines circonstances l'utilisatrice d'une paire de ballerines peut souhaiter que la couleur de l'élément décoratif soit assortie à sa tenue vestimentaire alors que la tige de la ballerine possède une couleur différente de celle de l'élément décoratif voire une couleur neutre telle que le noir. Afin de permettre un changement ou un retrait de l'élément décoratif, il a été proposé de fixer ce dernier au moyen d'une pince qui vient se placer à cheval sur le rebord de la tige au niveau de l'avant-pied. Un tel mode de fixation de l'élément décoratif permet effectivement son retrait et/ou son remplacement par un autre élément décoratif fixé de la même manière mais d'aspect différent. Toutefois ce mode de fixation de l'élément décoratif présente l'inconvénient de placer à l'intérieur de la chaussure une partie du système de fixation qui peut venir au contact du pied de l'utilisatrice et le blesser. De plus, les mouvements du pied dans la ballerine peuvent agir sur le système de fixation et l'amener à se détacher au cours de la marche notamment. [04] Il est donc apparu le besoin d'un nouveau mode de fixation de l'élément décoratif qui permette un changement aisé de ce dernier tout en ne présentant pas les inconvénients des systèmes de fixation selon l'art antérieur et, notamment, en présentant une plus grande fiabilité de fixation sans risque de gêne pour l'utilisatrice ou l'utilisateur dans le cas d'une mise en oeuvre sur une chaussure. [05] Afin d'atteindre cet objectif l'invention concerne un accessoire de mode comprenant un corps destiné à être adapté de manière amovible sur une partie d'un membre d'un utilisateur et équipé de moyens de fixation d'un élément décoratif amovible caractérisé en ce que : les moyens de fixation comprennent deux éléments de fixation qui sont solidaires du corps de l'accessoire en étant situés à distance l'un de l'autre et qui comprennent chacun une tête reliée par un tronc au corps de l'accessoire, l'élément décoratif comprend un élément d'accrochage comprenant un segment allongé élastiquement déformable, au moins dans le sens de sa longueur, et pourvu d'au moins deux fenêtres d'accrochage qui sont adaptées pour être engagées chacune sur le tronc d'un élément de fixation en étant retenue par la tête et qui sont séparées d'une distance inférieure ou égale à la distance séparant les troncs des éléments de fixation. [06] La mise en oeuvre en tant que moyen de fixation de deux éléments de fixation qui reste à demeure sur le corps de l'accessoire de mode garantit une grande fiabilité de la fixation. De plus, la mise en oeuvre au niveau de l'élément décoratif d'un élément d'accrochage élastique contribue également au parfait maintien de l'élément décoratif tout en facilitant son retrait volontaire par l'utilisateur. En effet, un frottement ou une traction appliquée accidentellement sur l'élément décoratif ne sont pas suffisants, compte tenu de l'élasticité de l'élément d'accrochage, pour entraîner un décrochage accidentel de l'élément décoratif. [07] Selon l'invention l'accessoire de mode peut être de différentes de nature. [8] Selon une première forme de réalisation de l'invention, le corps de l'accessoire constitue une chaussure et comprend un semelage et une tige. Une telle chaussure est destinée à être adaptée de manière amovible sur le pied d'un utilisateur. [9] Selon une variante de cette première forme de réalisation, les deux éléments de fixation sont fixés sur la partie d'avant-pied de la tige. [10] Selon une deuxième forme de réalisation de l'invention, le corps de l'accessoire forme un bracelet. Un tel bracelet est destiné à être adapté de manière amovible sur le poignet ou l'avant-bras d'un utilisateur. [11] Selon une caractéristique de l'invention, chaque élément de fixation est rigide, son tronc et sa tête étant liés l'un à l'autre de manière rigide. Cette rigidité de chaque élément de fixation contribue à la solidité de l'accrochage de l'élément décoratif. De manière préférée, le tronc et la tête forment alors un ensemble monobloc. [12] Selon une variante de cette caractéristique, chaque élément de fixation est lié de manière rigide au corps de l'accessoire. La rigidité de la liaison entre chaque élément de fixation et le corps de l'accessoire contribue également à la solidité de l'accrochage de l'élément décoratif. La liaison rigide de chaque élément de fixation avec le corps de l'accessoire de mode peut être réalisée de toute façon appropriée. Chaque élément de fixation peut par exemple faire partie intégrante d'une pièce de renfort intégrée au corps de l'accessoire et dans le cadre de la première forme de réalisation intégrée à la tige de la chaussure. La rigidité de la liaison entre chaque élément de fixation et le corps de l'accessoire de mode peut également résulter du mode de réalisation de cette liaison ou fixation. Ainsi, chaque élément de fixation peut être riveté sur le corps de l'accessoire. [13] Selon une caractéristique de l'invention, le tronc, de chaque élément de fixation, possède une hauteur, mesurée entre le corps de l'accessoire et le dessous de la tête, inférieur à 10 mm et, de préférence, comprise entre 2 mm et 10 mm. Dans la mesure où l'élément de fixation reste à demeure sur le corps de l'accessoire de mode, une telle valeur de la hauteur du tronc évite que l'élément de fixation ne s'étende trop en saillie du corps de l'accessoire de mode, ce qui permet d'envisager une utilisation de l'accessoire de mode sans l'élément décoratif. De plus, une telle valeur de la hauteur du tronc permet de rendre l'accrochage et le décrochage de l'élément de décoratif simple à effectuer. [14] Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, la distance séparant les troncs est comprise entre 2 cm et 6 cm. Cette valeur de la distance séparant les troncs permet d'offrir une bonne stabilité à l'élément décoratif. [15] Selon encore une autre caractéristique de l'invention, la tête et le tronc de chaque élément de fixation confère, en vue de coté, une forme en « L » ou en « T » audit élément de fixation. [16] Selon une variante de l'invention, l'élément décoratif amovible comprend au moins un fourreau dans lequel l'élément d'accrochage est engagé. Cette variante de l'invention permet de disposer d'un assortiment de différents éléments décoratifs qui pourront être adaptés de manière amovible sur l'accessoire de mode selon l'invention au moyen du même élément d'accrochage. [17] Selon une caractéristique de cette variante de l'invention, l'élément d'accrochage comprend une bande élastique d'une largeur comprise entre 1 cm et 4 cm et en ce que le fourreau possède une largeur supérieure ou égale à la largeur de la bande élastique. [18] Bien entendu, les différentes variantes et formes de réalisation de l'invention peuvent être associées les unes avec les autres selon diverses combinaisons dans la mesure où elles ne sont pas incompatibles ou exclusives les unes des autres. [19] Par ailleurs, diverses autres caractéristiques de l'invention ressortent de la description annexée effectuée en référence aux dessins qui illustrent des formes non limitatives de réalisation d'un accessoire de mode conforme à l'invention. - La figure 1 est une vue de dessus d'une paire de chaussures pour femmes, dites ballerines, constituant une forme de réalisation d'accessoires de mode selon l'invention. Sur cette figure, la chaussure droite porte un élément décoratif amovible tandis que la chaussure gauche en est dépourvue. - La figure 2 est une perspective en vue de côté de la chaussure gauche de la paire illustrée à la figure 1. - La figure 3 est une vue de dessous d'un élément décoratif destiné à être adapté de manière amovible sur la chaussure gauche illustrée aux figures 1 et 2. - Les figures 4 et 5 sont des vues montrant à plus grande échelle les éléments de fixation dont sont pourvues les chaussures selon l'invention. - La figure 6 est une perspective montrant une étape préalable à la mise en place d'un élément décoratif amovible selon l'invention. - La figure 7 est une perspective schématique montrant un bracelet constitutif d'un accessoire de mode selon l'invention. Il est à noter que sur ces figures les éléments structurels et/ou fonctionnels communs aux différentes variantes ou formes de réalisation peuvent présenter les mêmes références. [20] Dans une forme préférée mais non exclusive de réalisation de l'invention, l'accessoire de mode selon l'invention, désigné dans son ensemble par la référence 1, forme une chaussure pour femme telle que par exemple une ballerine appartenant à une paire telle qu'illustrée à la figure 1. Sur cette figure les deux ballerines 1 présentées constituent chacune un accessoire de mode selon l'invention. Comme le montrent les figures 1 et 2, chaque ballerine 1 comprend un corps destiné être adapté de manière amovible sur le pied d'une utilisatrice de manière à emboîter une partie au moins de ce dernier. Le corps de l'accessoire comprend une tige 3 solidaire d'un semelage 4. Selon l'exemple illustré, le semelage 4 comprend, à l'arrière, un talon 5. Le mode de réalisation d'une telle chaussure ou ballerine est bien connu de l'homme du métier et ne nécessite donc pas ici de plus amples explications. Le cas échéant, il est possible de se reporter, pour plus d'informations, à la publication du Centre Technique du Cuir « La chaussure sous toutes ses coutures » par Nicolas Françoise (ISBN 978-2-9505970-7-6). [21] Selon l'invention, chaque chaussure 1 est destinée à porter un élément décoratif amovible 10 tel qu'un noeud visible sur la chaussure de droite à la figure 1 et illustré seul à la figure 3. Afin de permettre l'adaptation de l'élément décoratif amovible 10 sur la chaussure correspondante, cette dernière comprend des moyens de fixation 11 qui sont visibles sur la chaussure de gauche à la figure 1 dans la mesure où cette dernière est dépourvue de son élément décoratif amovible. Selon l'exemple illustré, les moyens de fixation 11 sont disposés au niveau de la partie d'avant-pied de la tige 3. [22] Les moyens de fixation 10 comprennent, pour chaque chaussure 1, deux éléments de fixation 12 qui sont représentés à plus grande échelle aux figures 4 et 5. Les deux éléments de fixation 12 sont situés à distance l'un de l'autre comme cela ressort plus particulièrement de la figure 1. Chaque élément de fixation 12 comprend une tête 13 qui est reliée par un tronc 14 au corps 2 de l'accessoire 1 et plus particulièrement à la partie d'avant-pied de la tige 3. Selon l'exemple illustré, la tête 13 et le tronc 14 sont liés l'un à l'autre de manière rigide de sorte que l'élément de fixation 12 est rigide. Selon la forme de réalisation représentée, la disposition relative de la tête 13 et du tronc 14 confère une forme en « L» à l'élément de fixation 12 et plus particulièrement à l'ensemble formé de la tête 13 et du tronc 14, dans la mesure où la tête 13 est déportée par rapport au corps 14. [23] Bien entendu, une autre configuration pourrait être envisagée comme par exemple une position centrée de la tête 13 par rapport au tronc 14 qui conférerait une forme en T à l'ensemble tête 13/tronc 14 ou encore à l'élément de fixation 12. [24] Afin de d'assurer une bonne tenue à chaque élément de fixation 12 sur la tige 3, chaque élément de fixation 12 est de préférence fixé de manière rigide à cette dernière. Selon l'exemple illustré cette fixation est assurée par rivetage. A cet effet, chaque élément de fixation 12 comprend une embase 15 qui est liée de manière rigide au tronc 14 et qui porte un rivet 16. Ainsi, le rivet 16 traverse la tige 3 et se trouve rabattu sur la face intérieure de cette dernière, comme le montre plus particulièrement la figure 5. Ce mode d'assemblage permet une grande stabilité d'orientation de l'élément de fixation 12 particulièrement utile à la mise en place de l'élément décoratif 10 comme cela ressortira par la suite. [25] Selon la forme de réalisation illustrée, la distance D séparant les troncs 14 des éléments de fixation 12 d'une même chaussure 1, est comprise entre 2 cm et 6 cm est de préférence de l'ordre de 3 cm. Il pourra par ailleurs être noté que la partie de la tige 3, située entre les deux éléments de fixation 12, est continue ce qui contribue à la rigidité des moyens de fixation 11 formés par l'ensemble des deux éléments de fixation 12 fixés sur la tige 3. [26] Selon l'exemple illustré, chaque élément décoratif amovible 10 comprend, sur la face arrière, un fourreau 20 dans lequel est engagée de manière amovible un élément d'accrochage 21 comprenant un segment allongé élastiquement déformable. L'élément d'accrochage 21 est pourvu d'au moins deux fenêtres d'accrochage 22 de forme allongée qui sont séparées l'une de l'autre d'une distance inférieure égale à la distance D séparant les troncs 14 des éléments de fixation 12. Dans le cas présent, l'élément d'accrochage 16 est formé par une bande élastique d'une largeur comprise entre 1 cm et 4 cm qui possède au moins deux fenêtres d'accrochage 22 de forme allongée et disposées parallèlement à la longueur de l'élément d'accrochage 21. [27] Un élément décoratif 10 ainsi réalisé est mis en place sur chaque chaussure 1 conforme à l'invention de la manière suivante. [28] Tout d'abord, l'utilisatrice chausse la chaussure sur laquelle doit être adapté l'élément décoratif correspondant. Ensuite, l'utilisatrice étire l'élément d'accrochage 16 comme cela est illustré à la figure 6. Chaque fenêtre d'accrochage 17 peut ainsi être engagée sur un élément de fixation 12 correspondant. Une fois cet engagement effectué, l'utilisatrice peut relâcher l'élément d'accrochage 21 de sorte qu'il se rétracte. Les bords extérieurs des fenêtres d'accrochage 22 se trouvent alors chacune sous la tête 13 de l'élément de fixation 12 correspondant. [29] Afin de que l'élément de fixation 12 ne s'étende trop en saillie de la tige 3, le tronc 14 possède de préférence une hauteur h inférieure ou égale à 10 mm. La hauteur h est mesurée entre le corps de l'accessoire, ici la tige 3, et le dessous de la tête 13. De façon à autoriser le passage, sans effort, de l'élément d'accrochage 16 sous chaque tête 13, la hauteur h sera de préférence comprise entre 2 mm et 10 mm. [30] Il est à noter que le fait que la chaussure soit portée, lors de la mise en place de l'élément d'accrochage 21, contribue à rigidifier la partie d'avant-pied de la tige 3 ce qui simplifie la mise en place de l'élément décoratif 10. De plus, la fixation sensiblement rigide de chaque élément de fixation 12 sur la tige 3 facilite également l'accrochage de l'élément décoratif 10 au moyen de l'élément d'accrochage 21. [31] Par ailleurs, la largeur de la bande constitutive de l'élément d'accrochage 21 contribue à la stabilité de l'élément décoratif 10 et évite que ce dernier ne pivote sur lui-même autour d'un axe sensiblement vertical. Afin d'optimiser encore cette stabilité la largeur du fourreau 20 pourra être choisie de manière à être inférieure au jeu prés à la distance D séparant les troncs 14 des éléments de fixation 12. [32] Afin de présenter une rigidité suffisante, les éléments de fixation 12 seront de préférence réalisés en métal. Les éléments de fixation pourront alors être de la même couleur que la tige ou au contraire d'une couleur différente afin d'offrir un effet esthétique satisfaisant lorsque la chaussure, selon l'invention, n'est pas équipée de son d'élément décoratif amovible. [33] Par ailleurs dans la mesure où le dit élément décoratif amovible 10 peut facilement être mis en place ou retiré, il est possible de le changer afin de le coordonner avec le reste de la tenue vestimentaire de l'utilisatrice. [34] Selon l'exemple décrit précédemment en relation avec les figures 1 à 6, l'accessoire de mode selon l'invention est une chaussure. Toutefois l'accessoire de mode conforme à l'invention pourrait être de toute autre nature. Ainsi la figure 7, illustre une autre forme de réalisation de l'invention selon laquelle l'accessoire de mode est un bracelet. Selon, cet autre exemple, le corps de l'accessoire de mode forme un bracelet 20 qui présente une forme sensiblement cylindrique partiellement ouverte de manière à pouvoir être facilement adapté sur le poignet d'un utilisateur ou d'une utilisatrice. Le corps 20 est alors équipé des moyens de fixation telle que décrit précédemment. According to the illustrated example this fixing is provided by riveting. For this purpose, each fastening element 12 comprises a base 15 which is rigidly connected to the trunk 14 and which carries a rivet 16. Thus, the rivet 16 passes through the rod 3 and is folded down on the inner face thereof, as shown more particularly in Figure 5. This method of assembly allows a high stability of orientation of the fastener 12 particularly useful for the introduction of the decorative element 10 as will be apparent later. [25] According to the embodiment shown, the distance D between the trunks 14 of the fasteners 12 of the same shoe 1 is between 2 cm and 6 cm is preferably of the order of 3 cm. It may also be noted that the part of the rod 3, situated between the two fastening elements 12, is continuous, which contributes to the rigidity of the fastening means 11 formed by the set of two fastening elements 12 fixed on the rod 3. [26] According to the illustrated example, each removable decorative element 10 comprises, on the rear face, a sleeve 20 in which is engaged in a removable manner a fastening element 21 comprising an elongated elastically deformable segment. The fastening element 21 is provided with at least two elongated attachment windows 22 which are separated from one another by a distance less than the distance D between the trunks 14 of the fastening elements. 12. In this case, the fastening element 16 is formed by an elastic band of a width of between 1 cm and 4 cm which has at least two attachment windows 22 of elongate shape and arranged parallel to the length of the fastening element 21. [27] A decorative element 10 thus produced is placed on each shoe 1 according to the invention in the following manner. [28] First of all, the user wears the shoe on which the corresponding decorative element must be adapted. Then, the user stretches the attachment element 16 as shown in Figure 6. Each attachment window 17 can thus be engaged on a corresponding fastening element 12. Once this commitment is made, the user can release the attachment element 21 so that it retracts. The outer edges of the attachment windows 22 are then each under the head 13 of the corresponding fastening element 12. [29] In order for the fastening element 12 to extend too far from the rod 3, the trunk 14 preferably has a height h less than or equal to 10 mm. The height h is measured between the body of the accessory, here the rod 3, and the underside of the head 13. In order to allow the passage, without effort, of the fastening element 16 under each head 13, the height h will preferably be between 2 mm and 10 mm. [30] It should be noted that the fact that the shoe is worn, during the introduction of the fastening element 21, contributes to stiffen the forefoot portion of the rod 3 which simplifies the implementation in place of the decorative element 10. In addition, the substantially rigid attachment of each fastening element 12 on the rod 3 also facilitates the attachment of the decorative element 10 by means of the fastening element 21. [31 Furthermore, the width of the constituent strip of the fastening element 21 contributes to the stability of the decorative element 10 and prevents the latter from pivoting about itself about a substantially vertical axis. In order to further optimize this stability, the width of the sleeve 20 may be chosen so as to be less than the clearance near the distance D between the trunks 14 of the fastening elements 12. [32] In order to have sufficient rigidity, the elements of fixation 12 will preferably be made of metal. The fastening elements may then be of the same color as the stem or on the contrary a different color to provide a satisfactory aesthetic effect when the shoe according to the invention is not equipped with its decorative element removable. [33] Furthermore, since said removable decorative element 10 can easily be put in place or removed, it is possible to change it to coordinate with the rest of the dress of the user. [34] According to the example described above in connection with Figures 1 to 6, the fashion accessory according to the invention is a shoe. However, the fashion accessory according to the invention could be of any other nature. Thus, Figure 7 illustrates another embodiment of the invention according to which the fashion accessory is a bracelet. According to this other example, the body of the fashion accessory forms a bracelet 20 which has a substantially cylindrical shape partially open so as to be easily adapted to the wrist of a user. The body 20 is then equipped with fastening means as described above. [35] Of course, various other modifications may be made to the fashion accessory according to the invention within the scope of the appended claims.
