Abstract

The shoe has a female locking/attachment system (4) and a permanent magnet (3) that form a single block in an ear portion of the shoe and machined with a sole of the shoe. A male system is molded on a heel (2), and an iron (1) is directly machined on top of the heel to allow the male system to be placed in the female system, and the sole and the heel to attract with each other using a magnetic system, so that the heel remains integral with the shoe. The female system is in cylindrical form and surrounded by the permanent magnet, and the male system is in round form.

Description

L'invention porte principalement sur un système de talon interchangeable permettant de changer l'aspect esthétique ou la taille d'une chaussure. Jusqu'à présent, les chaussures sont d'un seul bloc et donc sans possibilité de changer le talon d'une chaussure lorsque le talon est usé ou bien lorsqu'on souhaite changer la couleur ou la taille du talon afin de donner un nouvel aspect esthétique à la chaussure. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. En effet, au niveau arrière de la semelle , se situe une vis de fixation femelle moulée au centre ainsi que un aimant permanent autour de celle-ci. Au niveau du talon, se situe une partie mâle moulée au centre ainsi qu'autour de cette partie du fer dont l'aimant permanent attirera au fur et à mesure de la fixation. Ces deux parties s'emboîtent l'une dans l'autre et se vissent grâce au système de verrouillage ainsi qu'elles s'attirent grâce à l'effet de magnétisme ( l'aimant et le fer). Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation: - La partie femelle est moulée dans la semelle et se situe au centre de la semelle. La partie femelle est de forme ronde et l'aimant sera situé tout autour de la partie femelle, c'est à dire sur la semelle du talon. - La partie mâle est de forme ronde moulé au talon. Au dessus de ce talon se situe une partie en fer qui entoure la partie mâle. La façade amovible (le talon) fera partie intégrante de la chaussure, une fois que les deux éléments ( le système magnétique ainsi que le système de fixation/verrouillage) seront 20 assemblés. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : La figure 1 représente les dispositifs de cette invention. La figure 2 représente une vue d'ensemble de l'invention. En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte un système de fixation/verrouillage 25 femelle (4) à bout rond ainsi que d'un aimant permanent (3) usiné dans la semelle et formant un seul bloc. Dans cette partie femelle viendra s'emboîter un talon dans lequel est moulé un système de fixation/verrouillage mâle(2) dont le dessus du talon sera muni de fer (1).
