Abstract

The plate has perforations of 20 mm in diameter distributed along a surface of the plate. An anti-slipping adhesive is provided for attachment of the plate to a buried pipeline, where the thickness of the plate is 25 mm for ensuring distribution of load in the buried pipeline.

-- DISPOSITIF DE PROTECTION MECANIQUE EN POLYETHYLENE EXTRUDE L'invention concerne un dispositif de plaque perforée en polyéthylène 25 mm assurant une répartition de charge en protection de la canalisation. Le but de l'invention est de poser des plaques de protection de canalisation enterrées en lieu et place des dalles béton armé posées au-dessus de ces canalisations. Les plaques perforées en polyéthylène 25 mm sont de la couleur définie par la normalisation pour chaque type de canalisation. Les perforations de chaque plaque se répartissent suivant chaque utilité, à savoir : - percements permettant l'assemblage des plaques entre elles : trous de diamètre 20 mm - percements destinés à évacuer les eaux de ruissellement : trous de diamètre 20 mm Les percements permettant de fixer les plaques bout à bout de diamètre sont au nombre de : - 4 pour des plaques de 1250 mm x 2000 mm (fig.1) - 6 pour des plaques de 1500 mm x 2000 mm (fig.2) - 8 pour des plaques de 1800 mm x 2000 mm (fig.3) - 8 pour des plaques de 2000 mm x 2000 mm (fig.4) - 8 pour des plaques de 2250 mm x 2000 mm (fig.5) Les percements destinés au drainage des eaux de ruissellement : - 20 pour des plaques de 1250 mm x 2000 mm (fig.1) - 24 pour des plaques de 1500 mm x 2000 mm (fig.2) - 28 pour des plaques de 1800 mm x 2000 mm (fig.3) - 34 pour des plaques de 2000 mm x 2000 mm (fig.4) - 40 pour des plaques de 2250 mm x 2000 mm (fig.5) Les plaques sont marquées et équipées d'un adhésif anti glissant (fig. 1 à 5) Le montage des plaques bout à bout s'effectue à l'aide de fixation universelle brevet n° 11 00177 (fig. 6-7-8-9-10) L'invention a pour but de remplacer les dalles béton armé actuellement mises en oeuvre en protection de la canalisation, assurant la même répartition de charge. La plaque polyéthylène 25 mm permet le remplacement des dalles béton armé. La plaque polyéthylène 25 mm permet une pose beaucoup plus facile étant donné son poids très inférieur à la dalle béton. La plaque polyéthylène 25 mm permet le remplacement sans autre transformation que la pose et sans modification des plaques en place. La plaque polyéthylène 25 mm permet l'assemblage en utilisant les fixations universelle brevet n° 11 00177. La plaque polyéthylène 25 mm facilite grandement l'approvisionnement eu égard à son faible poids. Cette invention permet une pose très facile, le poids de la dalle PE représente le dixième de la dalle béton correspondante. -2- Cette invention permet également le remplacement des plaques standards par des plaques épaisseur 25 mm sans modification.
