Abstract

The system (100) has a communication interception server (103) with a detector detecting unavailability of a first user (102) to respond to a received communication e.g. phone call or electronic mail (e-mail), where a list (109) of second users (112, 114) allowed to respond to the call/e-mail is generated. An analysis unit (115) analyzes connection of the second users to a telecommunication network (104) to associate availability levels to the second users. A communication server (107) generates a final list (111) of available users so that the call/e-mail is transmitted to one available user. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for interception of a communication received by a user connected to a telecommunication network (2) a computer program comprising instructions for implementing a communication interception method.
