Abstract

The fitting has a main body (1) including a tube (11) for connecting a pipe and a through-hole between an upper face (12) and a lower face (13) of the main body. A seal (3) includes two yoke legs (31, 32) comprising bores placed against the upper face and the lower face of the main body, respectively. A hollow screw is placed in the through-hole and through the bores, where the bores of the seal are offset relative to each other in the absence of external constraint exerted on the seal. The hollow screw tends to align the bores by elastic deformation of the seal.
