Abstract

The bra (1) has brassiere cups (3) that are adapted to define different inner volumes for receiving the breast of the patient and/or an external mammary implant. Each cup comprise, on an inner face, a pouch (33) in which the implant is slide through an opening by a surgeon. The cups are made of elastic textile that is selected according to physical properties such as extensibility, tensile strength and modulus. An opening fastening comprises parts respectively comprising rings and hooks.
