Abstract

The plugging system for a package (1) which has an opening (2) sealed by a disc (3) comprises a neck (5) with a base (7) which can be fixed around the opening. A cap (9) seals the orifice (11) in the neck. The disc which is housed in the neck is torn by pulling a gripping handle (17) on a rigid base (12) resting on the disc. The gripping handle is accessible through the neck when the cap is separated from the neck.
