Abstract

The dispenser consists of a housing with side wall supports (1d) for a mandrel carrying a roll of paper (B), a mechanism to fold the paper strip lengthwise and a swinging shutter (11) to cover its outlet. The shutter is lowered to protect the housing outlet, raised to dispense the folded strip of paper, and lowered again to cut off the paper strip at a given and preset length.
