Abstract

A lower casing (1) containing a transformer (5) and a potentiometer control for fan speed, plugs directly (6) into e.g. a wall socket. The substance to be diffused is placed, via an access door (4), on a support (2) in the upper casing. Air drawn into the latter through vents (12) passing over the substance and is expelled through a top grill (9) by a fan fed (3,10) from the lower casing. A partition (8) separates upper and lower casings. The fan (3) is particularly shallow (1cm), and the whole device very compact (10x5x5 cm).

Description

The present invention relates to a device intended for diffusing perfumes, deodorants,
aromas or insecticides in rooms of different volumes
It comes in the form of a diffuser box for the above-mentioned products. very small dimensions (height 10 cm x width 5 cm x depth 5 cm), fitted with a
4 cm fan. of diameter and I cm. thick, adjustable in rotation speed.

The box works on mains (220 volts / l 10 volts) and plugs directly into a
electrical outlet.

equipped with a fan of much larger dimension (diameter 6 cm. x by height 6 cm.) and are not adjustable in speed. They have the following disadvantages
- Large dimensions of the boxes (height 25 cm. X by width 9 cm. X by depth 8 cm.). Problems with aesthetics and space in a small room.

 - These boxes are fixed to the wall either by screws or by adhesives. They are therefore static.

 - Obligation to replace the batteries.

 - Their fan is not adjustable in speed, so it is impossible to scent large volumes in a short time or even to adapt it to the volumes to be scented.

 The diffuser according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks.

 - n is composed according to a first characteristic, of a small dimensions box (height 10 cm. x by width 5 cm. x by depth 5 cm.) to plug into an electrical outlet. It therefore finds its place according to a second characteristic , immediately in any room very discreetly while remaining mobile (no installation).

 According to a third characteristic, the housing includes a transformer allowing the electrical current to be transformed into 1.5 volts, up to 12 volts. This avoids replacing the batteries and eliminates the resulting costs.

 It is equipped with a potentiometer which, according to a fourth characteristic, makes it possible to regulate the speed of the fan. So, to dose the diffusion of the perfume according to the volumes to be perfumed.

With reference to this drawing, the device comprises a housing (1) In its lower part are placed a transformer (5), a male electrical outlet (6), a potentiometer (7) and a

Claims (1)

Device for scenting, deodorizing, flavoring or disinsecting premises of different volumes, characterized in that it comprises a box (1) provided with a transformer (adapter) (5) ot a male electrical outlet (6), d 'a potentiometer (7) and a fan (3), allowing to regulate and adapt the diffusion of the odor or dosing product. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fan is placed in the upper part of the housing, below a free space (11) reserved for the placement of the cartridges of product to be diffused.
