Abstract

Parallelepipedic box (A) with a rectangular cross-section, made of a sheet material such as cardboard, corrugated cardboard or similar material, more particularly intended to contain reams of paper, and constituted from a deep container (B) to contain several superimposed reams and a removable cover (C), not very deep, capable of fitting on the upper part of the said container. According to the invention, this box is characterised in that the upper parts (11, 12) of two opposite lateral faces (4, 5) of the said container have cut-outs (13, 14) at least partly eliminating the upper edges (15, 16) of the said lateral faces and extending in the direction of the bottom (1) of the said container and in that the remaining lower parts (17, 18) of the said opposite faces each comprise a handle formed by a cut-out (19-20) produced in the said corresponding lower part.
