Abstract

Device for supporting and holding a bag or similar container, particularly a postal bag, in the open position, including a frame equipped with attachment hooks for a flexible bag having an opening delimited by a border capable of being retained by the hooks each comprising a clip and the spacing of which is adapted in order to hold the bag open. According to the invention, this device is characterised in that the hooks are four in number, the first two (9, 10) of which are carried by a pivoting linking bar (16) mounted on the frame (1) and the second two (11, 12) of which are integral with parallel sprung telescopic arms (15), also carried by the frame, the first two hooks pinching and immobilising the edge of the border (8b) of the bag (8), while the second two hooks engage inside the bag, creating and permanently holding the opening of the bag.

La présente invention est relative à un dispositif destiné à assurer le support et le maintien en positian ouverte d'un sac ou d'un contenant souple analogue, notamment d'un sac postal, permettant le remplissage facile de celui-ci par des paquets, enveloppes, ou autres objets à transporter avec ce sac. Of course, it goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the embodiment more specifically described and shown above; on the contrary, it embraces all its variants.

Claims

1 - Support and holding device in the open position for a bag or similar container, in particular a postal bag comprising a frame provided with hooks for attachment to a flexible bag having an opening delimited by a selvedge suitable for being retained by hooks each comprising a clamp and the spacing of which is adapted to keep the bag open, characterized in that the hooks are four in number, of which the first two (9, 10) are carried by a pivoting connecting bar (16 ) mounted on the frame (1) and of which the two second (11, 12) are integral with telescopic spring arms (15), parallel, also carried by the frame, the first two hooks pinching and immobilizing the edge of the selvedge ( 8b) of the bag (8) while the two second hooks engage inside of it, causing and permanently maintaining the opening of the bag.

2 - Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the support frame (i) comprises two lateral uprights (5), joined by an end crosspiece (7) and having planar ears (18, 19), parallel between they and between which extends the pivoting connecting bar (16) carrying the first two hooks (9, 10), this bar being disposed between the ears of the uprights so that these hooks form a clamp for the selvedge (8b) of the bag (8) when folded over the crosspiece.

3 - Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the first two hooks (9,10) are secured to the swivel bar (16) and spaced thereon by a distance determined according to the dimensions of the bag to be supported, the two hooks being substantially equidistant from the ears (18,19) of the frame (1) between which extends the pivoting bar.

4 - Device according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the other first hook (10), also carried by the pivoting bar (16) but secured to it, comprises a heel (27) adapted to cooperate with a stud forming a stop (28), carried by a push-button (30) for pivoting the bar.

5 - Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the control pusher (30) consists of an L-shaped plate, one side (29) carrying the abutment pad (28) slides against the top (32) of the cross member (7) of the frame (1) to act on the heel (27) of the hook, and the other of which comes to bear on the cross member (7) when the hook is folded over it to pinch the selvedge (8b) from the bag.

6 - Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the crosspiece (7) comprises slides (33, 34) facing delimiting a slide (35) in which engages the side (29) of the pusher (30) carrying the stop block (28).

7 - Device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the telescopic arms carrying the second hooks consist of support elements for these hooks (14), slidably mounted in guide tubes (6) to against springs (15) permanently exerting a force on these hooks, tending to separate them from the pivoting bar (16) supporting the first.

8 - Device according to claim 7, characterized in that the second hooks (11, 12) are welded on return parts (13), towards the inside of the frame (1), support elements, the guide tubes ( 6) being secured to the lateral uprights (5) of this frame.

9 - Device according to one of claims 7 or 8, characterized in that the sliding of the second hooks (11,12) is limited by a transverse stop (6b) removable, in particular fixed by screws (6c) at the end longitudinal members (6a) secured to the guide tubes (6).

10 - Device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the frame (1) comprises a plate (2) disposed under the bottom (8a) of the bag (8) and provided with wheels (4), optionally orientable, to allow its movement on the ground.

11 - Device according to claim 10, characterized in that the frame (1) is adapted to support several bags arranged side by side and independent of each other.
