Abstract

Device for equipping school bags with castors and permitting the effortless transportation of loads of books and exercise books. The invention consists of a device comprising a rigid support equipped with castors and fastened onto a school bag by means of straps/belts, clips, screws or nuts, a flexible or rigid, length-adjustable pulling strap of various shapes enabling it to be pulled along.

Description

The present invention relates to a device for equipping school bags on wheels.

Children, from an early school age, carry heavy school bags filled with books and notebooks, school bags far too heavy for their morphology and their young skeleton in training. It results from fatigue, aches, and even deformations of the spine and shoulders,
We saw the bibs appear, allowing to carry on the back but, there again, children, to compensate for the often heavy weight that weighs on their shoulders, bend forward, take the wrong positions and this results in fatigue, discomfort, body aches, deformation; moreover, it can be difficult or even hopeless to put it on your shoulders when children wear heavy clothes in winter.

Thus the journeys to school and returns become traumatic for the child, literally and figuratively.

To remedy all these drawbacks, the plaintiff invented the schoolbag on wheels, the interests of which are as follows - More weight to transport.

- Avoids fatigue, stress.

- Removes stiffness and deformation of the back.

- Fun.

- Usable at all ages.

- Absolute comfort.

Principle: a rigid support on which are fixed 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 casters 3 to 8 cm wide in synthetic material and various colors (type roller skates).

The support is made integral with a canvas satchel, or canvas and plastic, or leather, or leatherette, by means of straps, quick couplers, metal staples, bolts or screws, glue, velcro; the support can be made of wood, synthetic material, composite material, metal.

A rigid plate is also located on the inside bottom of the satchel, it makes it possible to rigidly associate the two external and internal plates (by means of rivets, or bolts, or staples).
Another variant of fixing consists in providing a pocket in the outer bottom of the satchel, the rigid plate is then slid into it, then the rollers are fixed by means of screws, bolts or rivets.

Another fixing variant consists in molding the rolling assembly in the form of a shell (FIG. 3), it then suffices to fix the satchel inside this shell, by means of screws, bolts, rivets, belts or fasteners.

The device can take the form of a satchel made of rigid material on which the rollers are fixed directly.

The schoolbag is pulled by means of a strap which, folded down, can serve as a normal carrying handle.

We also consider traction rods, rigid and original shapes, hockey sticks, golf, tennis racket.

A retractable cable is also envisaged in a housing located in the schoolbag (Figure 2).

All the traction elements are adjustable according to the size of the child, the examples of pull-ups and rollers are not limiting.

The schoolbag material is printed with comics.

You can also use characters in relief (from comics) to decorate the schoolbag.

The entire binder can be in the shape of an animal or a cartoon character.

Claims (5)

(1) Device for equipping a satchel with wheels, characterized in that this device consists of a solid support the size of the bottom of the satchel and on which the rollers are fixed, said element is fixed to the satchel according to various methods described below : belts, quick couplers, metal staples, bolts or screws, glue. The support can be made of wood, synthetic material, composite material, metal. The device provides in the case of a satchel made of flexible material, the installation of a board in the interior bottom of the satchel and which will make it possible to rigidly associate the external movable element with the bottom of the satchel; the device provides that this board could be slipped into a pocket located under the bottom of the schoolbag, outside. (2) Device according to claim (1), characterized in that it has the shape of a plastic or metallic shell, of a size making it possible to accommodate the schoolbag therein, which is then made integral with the plastic shell. The casters are integral with the plastic shell. (3) Device according to claims (1) (2), characterized in that it can take the form of a satchel made of rigid material on which the rollers are fixed directly. (4) Device according to claims (1) (2) (3), characterized in that it provides for the use of a variable number of rollers: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8; these castors are made of synthetic material, of bright colors, and of variable widths (type roller skates). (5) Device according to claims (1) (2) (3) (4), characterized in that the traction system of the mobile schoolbag is composed of a strap fixed on both sides of the schoolbag and foldable to form a handle classic. There is also a rigid pull rod which will be fixed on one side of the schoolbag, or on top, this rod will have particular shapes, such as a golf club, a hockey stick, a tennis racket.
