ELLE SE COMPOSE D'UNE COUCHE INFERIEURE 3 EN PAPIER OU AUTRE, PORTANT LES INDICATIONS D'IDENTIFICATION DE L'ASSURANCE OU DE L'ABONNEMENT, ET D'UNE PELLICULE TRANSPARENTE 9 SUPERPOSEE, ADHERANT D'UNE PART A LADITE COUCHE ET MUNIE D'AUTRE PART SUR SA FACE EXTERNE D'UNE COUCHE D'ADHESIF 10 PERMETTANT DE COLLER LE TOUT SUR UNE VITRE, L'EBAUCHE DE CETTE VIGNETTE, SOUS FORME D'UN PETIT BLOC DE MATIERE SOUPLE PEUT ADHERER SUR UNE CARTE D'ASSURANCE, EN REGARD D'UNE CASE DECOUPABLE 3 DE MEME FORMAT OU SONT INSCRITES LES INDICATIONS A AFFICHER.

Description

La présente invention concerne des vignettes destinées à être collées sur
une vitre de véhicule, plus particulièrement sur le pare-brise, pour afficher certaines données telles que l'existence d'une assurance en vigueur, l'abonnement à un parc ou à un
garage et autres indications similaires.
Un premier objet de l'invention est une vignette prête à Otre collée qui se compose d'une couche inférieure en papier ou autre, portant les indications d'identification de l'assurance ou de l'abonnement, et d'une pellicule transparente superposée adhérant d'une part à ladite couche et munie d'autre part sur sa face externe d'une couche d'adhésif permettant de coller
le tout sur une vitre.
Un autre objet de l'invention est une carte d'assurance ou d'abonnement qui comporte un petit bloc de matière souple adhérant sur elle en regard d'une case découpable de même format o sont inscrites les
indications à afficher, ledit bloc contenant une pelli-
cule transparente munie d'adhésif sur ses deux faces, de sorte qu'après avoir enlevé le protecteur, on peut faire adhérer cette pellicule sur ladite case en formant la vignette prate à l'emploi, que l'on peut alors
séparer de la carte.
la description qui va suivre en regard du
dessin annexé donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif fera bien comprendre comment l'invention peut être réalisée, les particularités qui ressortent tant du texte que du
dessin faisant bien entendu partie de ladite invention.
- La figure 1 représente une carte d'assurance avec le bloc selon l'invention destiné à la formation
de la vignette.
- La figure 2 montre à plus grande échelle une
coupe transversale du bloc.
- La figure 3 illustre la manoeuvre de pliage que doit faire l'usager pour transférer la partie utile
du bloc sur la case ad hoc de la carte.
- La figure 4 montre la vignette isolée.
- La figure 5 est une coupe transversale à plus grande échelle. On voit sur la figure 1 une carte d'assurance automobile 1 du type international qui comporte comme d'habitude un certain nombre d'indications, telles que le nom et l'adresse de l'assuré, le numéro d'ordre de la carte et le numéro de la police d'assurance, la catégorie et la marque du véhicule etc... Quelques indications essentielles telles que la durée de validité de l'assurance et le numéro d'immatriculation du véhicule, figurent dans la case 2 dont la symétrique se trouve en 3 sur un volet 4 attenant à la carte telle qu'elle est remise à l'assuré par la Compagnie d'Assurances. Cette case 3 qui servira à la confection de la vignette est entourée d'un pointillé 5 permettant de séparer la case 3. Celle-ci règne à peu près à mi-hauteur du volet 4 et au dessous d'elle adhère le petit bloc 6 de môme
format, qui va maintenant 4tre décrit.
Ce bloc dont on voit une coupe sur la figure 2 se compose de l'empilage de couches souples liées entre elles par un adhésif. Dans le mode de réalisation représenté, une première couche 7 liée au volet 4 par un adhésif 8 est un papier protecteur. Au-dessus de ce papier se trouve une feuille transparente 9 en matière plastique souple, revêtue d'adhésif 10, 1il sur ses deux faces. Le tout est surmonté par une feuille de papier
protectrice 12.
La carte ainsi munie du bloc 6 est envoyée à l'assuré et par des manoeuvres simples, celui-ci va pouvoir former la vignette puis la séparer de la carte
pour la coller sur le pare-brise de son véhicule.
L'usager commence par enlever le papier protecteur 12 de manière à mettre à nu la couche d'adhésif 11. Il plie ensuite le volet 4, ou simplement la partie de ce volet surmontée du bloc 6, après l'avoir découpée le long d'un pointillé 5a de manière à rabattre le bloc contre la case 3 du volet 4.fig 3) Par l'adhésif 11, la pellicule transparente 9 vient alors se coller sur la case 3. L'utilisateur enlève ensuite le papier protecteur 7 de sorte que les indications portées dans la case 3 seront visibles à travers la pellicule 9. Il lui suffira finalement de découper la case 3 selon la ligne pointillée 5 pour former la vignette qui, grace à son adhésif 10 est
prête à être collée sur le pare brise.
Naturellement, l'adhésif utilisé doit être
du type transfert" que l'on conna t bien actuellement.
Il va d'ailleurs de soi que le mode de réalisation décrit n'est pas le seul possible et qu'il pourrait être modifié, notamment par substitution de moyens équivalents, sans que l'on sorte pour cela du
cadre de la présente invention.
En variante, le bloc comportant la pellicule transparente et le protecteur de dessus pourrait 4tre directement collé sur la case découpable de la carte,
dès l'impression des indications voulues sur cette case.
De la sorte, il suffirait pour constituer la vignette prête à l'emploi, d'enlever le papier protecteur puis de séparer de la carte la case remplie avec la pellicule attachée.

Claims (3)

REVENDICATIONS
1. Une vignette à coller sur la vitre d'un véhicule pour témoigner de l'existence d'une assurance ou d'un abonnement, caractérisée en ce qu'elle se compose d'une couche inférieure (3) en papier ou autre, portant les indications d'identification de l'assurance ou de l'abonnement, et d'une pellicule transparente (9) superposée,adhérant d'une part à ladite couche et munie d'autre part sur sa face externe d'une couche d'adhésif
(10) permettant de coller le tout sur une vitre.
2. Une carte d'assurance ou d'abonnement pour automobile, caractérisée en ce que, pour la confection d'une vignette destinée à être collée sur une vitre d'un véhicule, elle comporte un petit bloc de matière souple adhérant sur elle en regard d'une case d6coupable (3) de même format o sont inscrites les indications à afficher, ledit bloc contenant une pellicule transparente (9) munie d'adhésif (10, 11) sur ses deux faces, de sorte qu'après avoir enlevé le protecteur, on peut faire adhérer cette pellicule sur ladite case en formant la vignette prête à l'emploi, que l'on peut alors séparer
de la carte.

Une carte selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le bloc est disposé sur la carte symétriquement par rapport à la case découpable (3) o sont inscrites les indications à afficher, de sorte que le transfert de la pellicule transparente sur cette case peut se faire par pliage de la carte et rabattement de
la pellicule sur ladite case.
