Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de plusieurs thermopiles constituées de barreaux de petite longueur. Celles-ci sont fabriquées simultanément avec leurs connexions internes à partir de lamelles semi-conductrices homogènes P et N de longueur multiple de celle des barreaux finaux, par les opérations suivantes : premier empilement avec insertion de bandes isolantes, plongée dans un bain de brasure, tronçonnage pour obtenir des lamelles composites, deuxième empilement avec insertion de feuilles isolantes après retournement d'une lamelle composite sur deux, plongée dans un deuxième bain de brasure, et deuxième tronçonnage pour séparer les thermopiles. Application à la fabrication en série des petites thermopiles.
