Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour le thermoscellage d'opercules de bouchage préalablement encollés sur les lèvres d'un orifice de récipients en un matériau rigide, du type comportant une tête de thermoscellage équipée d'une résistance électrique chauffante. Selon l'invention, la tête de thermoscellage comprend, à sa partie inférieure destinée à venir au contact de l'opercule, un matelas métallique déformable, constitué par un empilement de fils métalliques souples. Application : thermoscellage d'opercules sur des récipients en un matériau rigide, en verre par exemple, dont les lèvres présentent des irrégularités de surface.
