Abstract

The beater for a rotary kitchen mixer is intended for preparing beaten egg-whites, mayonnaise and such like. The beater appts consists of a hub (1) which is connected to a drive axle. The beater blade comprises rigid part (2) joined to the hub (1), and a flexible, light part (3) which forms an extension of the rigid part (2), and is preferably at right angles to the drive axle. The rigid and flexible parts (2, 3) are made of one piece of, preferably, synthetic material. The flexible part (3) has perforations (4) in it.
