Abstract

Cette ceinture comporte une sangle 1 en diagonale dont l'extrémité supérieure est fixée à une monture 3 montée coulissante dans un rail de guidage 4 qui s'étend au-dessus de la porte, entre les montants A et B du véhicule. Un câble 6 monté sur un enrouleur 5 et attaché à la monture la sollicite vers sa position arrière tandis qu'un autre câble 9 attaché à la monture s'étend vers l'avant jusqu'à un mécanisme différentiel 10 qui comporte deux poulies de diamètres différents. Le câble 9 s'enroule sur l'une des poulies lorsque des moyens d'entraînement manuels 25 déroulent un câble de commande 14 de l'autre poulie. Le mécanisme différentiel coopère avec la serrure de la porte pour l'ouvrir immédiatement avant que la monture atteigne l'extrémité avant des rails. Application aux automobiles.
