Abstract

The track marker consists of a frame (3) on which are mounted three pivot shafts (4, 5, 6) for three discs (41, 51, 61). Two of the shafts (4, 6) are at right angles to the frame (3), whilst the third shaft (5) is slanting. Two of the discs (41, 41) are flat whilst the third disc (51) is concave, with the concave part turning from the side opposite the frame (3). Between the discs (41, 51) is a draw-bar (21) fixed rigidly to the frame (3). The draw-bar (21) is parallel to the shaft (51) and has a cable (22) attached to its outer end. The front of the frame (3) is forked (8), and a handle (7) is mounted on the frame (3) on the side opposite the discs.
