Abstract

The table comprises a tubular wheeled support, or three or four legs, or a central column (15), made from wood or tubular construction. The top (1) is first and has a bitten away circular shape, with half the surface formed by a convex semicircle (2) and the remaining two sides (3, 4) each comprising a concave quarter circle. The tables can be used singly or fitted together to give a larger continuous surface, the boundaries of the quarter and half circles fitting together in a variety of of ways. The tubular construction has a seat (17) attached and can be used as a school desk.
