Abstract

A retaining rod (8) is pivotably mounted on the lower end of the operating rod (1), in order to retain the operating rod upon uprighting at the ground. The retaining rod (8) is slidably guided in the longitudinal direction in a bushing pivoted to the operating rod. The bushing can be mounted detachably on the operating rod. The retaining rod is inserted into a tube (10) located in the ground, and the upper end (11) of the retaining rod, which is inserted into the tube, projects substantially over the pivoting axis of the operating rod.
