Abstract

Préparation à la filature. Formation d'une nappe continue de fibres d'un poids constant par unité de longueur, comportant une alimentation en un mélange de fibres et d'air dirigé sur une surface perforée en mouvement qui assure la séparation des fibres, et un orifice d'aspiration, disposé au-dessous de ladite surface perforée, et qui s'étend sur une certaine zone de celle-ci. L'orifice d'aspiration 7 peut être déplacé, sous la dépendance d'une grandeur mesurée représentative de l'épaisseur de la nappe de fibres déposée, dans la direction du mouvement de la surface perforée 2, ou en direction opposée. Application : par exemple à une carde ou à un dispositif de dosage plus sensible.
