Abstract

Procédé pour éliminer le fer contenu dans des produits d'hydrolyse de sangs d'animaux par filtration. On filtre à une vitesse inférieure à 2001 environ par m**2 de surface filtrante et par heure et on recueille le filtrat. On a constaté que lorsqu'on limite la vitesse de filtration, les composés du fer restent sur le filtre.
