Abstract

L'invention a pour objet de nouveaux produits amylacés; elle a également pour objet le procédé de préparation et les applications de ces nouveaux produits. Les nouveaux produits amylacés selon l'invention sont caractérisés par le fait qu'ils sont constitués par des amidons modifiés par estérification et/ou éthérification et/ou hydrolyse acide ou alcaline, et/ou oxydation, et/ou dextrinification et ayant subi un traitement de cuisson-extrusion, ces produits amylacés comprenant une fraction supérieure à 5 % de constituants hydrosolubles. Ces nouveaux produits ont des applications nombreuses, notamment dans les industries textiles, du papier, des adhésifs, du pétrole et autres.
