Abstract

Composition pharmaceutique comprenant, dans une solution aqueuse, jusqu'à 15 % en poids d'oxytétracycline, une quantité suffisante d'ions métal alcalino-terreux, afin de former des complexes avec de l'oxytétracycline, 4 à 6 % en poids de polyvinylpyrrolidone comme stabilisateur et 15 à 40 % en poids d'un amide aliphatique comme solvant, le pH de la solution étant de 5.0 à 7.5. Application : compositions pharmaceutiques.Pharmaceutical composition comprising, in an aqueous solution, up to 15% by weight of oxytetracycline, a sufficient quantity of alkaline earth metal ions, in order to form complexes with oxytetracycline, 4 to 6% by weight of polyvinylpyrrolidone as a stabilizer and 15 to 40% by weight of an aliphatic amide as a solvent, the pH of the solution being 5.0 to 7.5.
