Abstract

The aerosol and fog generator has rotary centrifuge plates fixed to a cone, and a motor unit below, protected by a housing. Coaxial with the sleeve (8) for the motor driving spindle (9) is an annular stationary chamber (7) with a side inlet (6) and a closed base fixed to the protective housing. The top of this chamber is partly covered by a suction cone (11) with two or more orifices, so as to project the product onto the skirt of the centrifuge plate cone, which is coaxial with the chamber, converting it into an aerosol by means of the plates. The chamber is connected to a supply bowl via a centrifugal feed pump. The rotating parts are protected by a diffuser housing (15).
