Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention de polyarylamines possédant des ponts méthylène, à partir d'arylamines et de formaldéhyde en présence d'acides, en ajoutant dans un premier stade de mélange 0,25 à 1,3 mole de formaldéhyde par mole d'arylamine, en présence de 0,85 à 1,01 mole d'acide. Selon ce procédé, on ajoute au moins 0,1 mole d'arylamine libre avant que les composés formés du type formaldéhyde-aniline anhydre ne soient convertis de façon notable en benzylanilines, on convertit ensuite le mélange réactionnel, de façon notable en benzylanilines, on convertit ensuite le mélange réactionnel, de façon connue, en benzylanilines, on convertit ensuite le mélange reactionnel, de façon connue, en benzylanilines à des temperatures comprises entre 30 et 70 degrés C, et on transforme finalement ce pré-condensat, également de façon connue, à des températures comprises entre 70 et 120 degrés C, en polyamines possédant des ponts méthylène. Obtention de polyarylamines en utilisant une quantité plus faible de catalyseur.
