Abstract

L'invention concerne une plaquette de coupe à corps polygonal, comprenant, à part d'un bord de coupe, un replat, un arrondi, une surface plane inclinée vers le bas, une surface plane inclinée vers le haut et la partie centrale du corps polygonal. La plaquette de l'invention est destinée à l'enlèvement de métal et ne forme qu'un obstacle minimal à l'écoulement du métal enlevé, tout en réduisant les copeaux.
