Pour faire varier la capacité de refroidissement d'une tour sèche 2 dans laquelle sont disposés des refroidisseurs 5a, 5b... 5n, on prévoit entre les collecteurs d'amenée 6 et d'évacuation 7, d'une part, un circuit de dérivation 9 pour le fluide chaud provenant de la source 1 et, d'autre part, un circuit de recyclage il comportant une pompe 12 pour faire varier le débit dans les refroidisseurs. Variation de la capacité de refroidissement d'une tour sèche.
