Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de rotor pour distributeur hydraulique. Il consiste à immobiliser le rotor, à la périphérie duquel ont été préalablement définies de façon grossière plusieurs rainures axiales, à former au moyen d'un premier outil des entailles parallèles à l'axe dans les bords des rainures, et à former ensuite un chanfrein de part et d'autre de la rainure entaillée. Application notamment à la fabrication des valves rotatives pour servodirections de véhicules.
