Abstract

L'invention est relative au titrage de l'acide ascorbique en milieu aqueux. La composition comprend de l'acide ascorbique oxydase, une substance de couplage et un tampon pour former, par addition d'eau, une composition aqueuse ayant un pH de 5,7 à 8,7 environ. La figure montre que l'absorption, pour une longueur d'onde de 350 nm, mesurée 5 mn après l'addition de différentes qualités d'ascorbate à la composition, est linéaire. La composition est utilisable dans un produit pour analyse comprenant une couche d'étalement et une couche active.
